ITW Highland Facilities

Founded in 1944 and acquired by ITW in 1990, ITW Highland now occupies its 150,000 square foot facility on 12 acres in the heart of Connecticut’s Naugatuck Valley, where the eyelet industry was born. Its one-story, modern, air-conditioned plant is fully integrated with complete engineering design, prototyping and a focused tool room with CNC capabilities, as well as a full carbide die department. All this allows ITW Highland to control every aspect of the deep drawn component manufacturing process. With 100 production transfer presses ranging from 5 to 225 ton and 30 progressive presses ranging from 15 to 100 ton, ITW Highland has the production capacity to transform nearly any customer request to reality. If your application does exceed our capabilities, add the Drawn Metals Group capabilities, which extend to 1,000 ton progressive and transfer presses, and you would be hard pressed to come up with an application ITW can’t handle.
