Deep Draw Capabilities

Fully equipped with the most efficient, state-of-the-art machinery available, ITW Drawn Metals has over 240 presses with capabilities from 5 to 500 tons, utilizing two distinct press styles:

ICOP (Individual Cam Operated Plunger Press), or eyelet press -Excellent for smaller, detailed parts.

Die-set, or transfer press - Best for larger, symmetrical pieces. Transfer fingers move parts from one stamping or forming station to the next; hydraulic upper and lower plates hold stations in place for accurate part forming and quick die change.
