Progressive Stamping Capabilities

Fully equipped with the most efficient, state-of-the-art machinery available, ITW Drawn Metals has over 40 presses with capabilities from 15 to 600 tons.

Progressive Die Set Press - Ideal for asymmetrical parts, a progressive die uses a constraining material web to transfer parts from station to station. Finished parts are trimmed from the material web at the final station. Hydraulic upper and lower plates hold stations in place for accurate part forming and quick die changes.
